TASTER CLASSES!
1.30-2.30pm STARTER ENERGY HEELS
This is the entry level class of Heels. For those that say they would 'never be able to do that' or have no prior experience and need more of a slower and nurturing environment. This is the perfect class for you! Heels are recommended but if you don't have any and just want to make sire you enjoy the class then no stress- you can do it without.
2.30-3.30pm BEGINNERS COMMERCIAL
Commercial is all about fun, full out, music video vibes. No heels for this one, just trainers. Expect to hear old school rnb vibes or classic throwbacks. This class welcomes beginners and will be taught at a slower pace.
I can't to meet lots of new faces- Its a great opportunity to meet me (Jade: Founder of StudioSessions and Heels teacher) and Leilani (Commercial teacher), everyone else who may be trying something new…
