1. Eligibility

 

Only individuals who are 18 years or older are permitted to use this website and make bookings. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

2. Payment Methods

 

We accept payments through major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other online payment methods as specified on our website. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your spot in any class, course, or private session.

3. Course Bookings and Refunds

​

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the class or course start date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class or course start date are non-refundable.

• For private bookings, including hen do's and birthday parties, cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund excluding any costs associated with studio hire. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable. Refunds for studio hire will be discussed and handled separately based on the specific terms and costs associated with the studio rental.

• In the event of a class cancellation by Studio Sessions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Changes to Offerings

 

Studio Sessions reserves the right to modify or discontinue any class, course, or service at any

time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to change prices and conditions for classes, courses, and services.

5. Warranties Studio Sessions provides dance instruction and related services as described on our website. We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements or that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and videos, is the property of Studio Sessions and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content from this website is prohibited.

7. Account Suspension or Cancellation

 

Studio Sessions reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the website, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated these terms and conditions.

Additionally, Studio Sessions takes no liability for any injuries sustained during participation in our classes, courses, or private sessions. By participating, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
