Cancellation Policy
General Classes and Courses Cancellation by You: Classes and courses are non refundable. Classes can be transferred to a different date within a 4 week period. Rescheduling your class can be done unto 12 hours before the class time. Cancellation by Studio Sessions: If Studio Sessions cancels a class or course, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to a future date. 2. Private Bookings (including Hen Do's, Birthdays, and Group Privates) Cancellation by You: Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of the scheduled private booking will receive a full refund, excluding any costs associated with studio hire. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled private booking are non-refundable. Cancellation by Studio Sessions: If Studio Sessions cancels a private booking, you will receive a full refund, including any costs associated with studio hire, or the option to reschedule to a future date. 3. Special Events and Pop-Up Classes Cancellation by You: Special events and pop ups are no refundable. Cancellation by Studio Sessions: If Studio Sessions cancels a special event or pop-up class, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to a future date. 4. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days. 5. Non-Refundable Items Certain items are non-refundable, including: Classes or courses that have already taken place. Cancellations made within the non-refundable time frames as outlined above. 6.
